Statement of Purpose

Ambassadors Christian School is a Reformed covenantal school, providing Christ‐centred education for our children. Our school is supported by Jubilee Canadian Reformed Church of Ottawa and the broader Reformed Christian community and seeks above all to uphold the glory and majesty of God.

We thank God for the children He has entrusted to our care as we strive to equip their hearts and minds for a life of thankful service to Him. We do so in the comfort that our children are included in God’s covenant and belong first and foremost to our Lord and King.

It is our prayer that our children, who by God’s grace are living members of the church of Christ, will learn to live as godly ambassadors to their peers, their community and their country. Ambassadors Christian School teaches and promotes respect and consideration for all, with a focus on servant leadership. Every child should have a sense of belonging and accordingly we will make every effort to accommodate the unique needs and abilities of each of our students.

We work to instil in our students a passion for learning in a dynamic and innovative classroom environment. Students are encouraged and challenged to develop their God‐given talents while working and playing to His glory. Our teachers are respected and supported, benefiting from an ongoing contribution provided by parents and other volunteers.

Ambassadors Christian School strives to provide an environment where God’s power, love and grace filter through all aspects of school life. In this great challenge we rest secure in the providential care of the Lord, trusting that His hand will guide us, His right hand will hold us fast (Psalm 139:10)
